Julie has an impressive track record in leading and implementing change across Disability, Child Support, and Aged Care sectors, with a specific focus on personalised approaches and workforce development.
With lived experience in self-directed support and funding, Julie contributed to the initial Australian trials of these models in Western Australia in the late 90's.
Julie has also held Senior Executive roles within Federal and State Government agencies and has extensive experience in the not-for-profit and corporate sectors and maintains strong networks within the Australian disability service system.

Mary draws on her foundational framework as a Social Worker and has extensive skills in project management, service model design and implementation. Mary is focused on achieving outcomes through building strong and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders.
